In 2019, The park area is under the construction for all sites. Therefore, you should know that it is on the first-come, fist-serve system. If you want to stay here for RV camping, then you should pay for $30 per night. There are some requirements you should know. For example, each site is only for 10 people and there should be no more than 6 adults, 3 tents, and 2 vehicles.

In fact, Bryce Canyon National Park offers two campgrounds, the North and Sunset. Both of these campgrounds are not far from the Visitor Center. Each site is about to full in the early afternoon especially during summer.

It is important to note that the National Park does not provide hookups in the campgrounds. Nevertheless, you can take their affordable dump station at the south of the North Campground. Talking about the North Campground, it is near the Bryce Amphitheater. The campground area is great because the view of Ponderosa Pine forest, enough shade and sun make this campground feels great. Besides, North Campground does not available for group site. It is okay to visit this campground in the winter season, but only one loop is available, no hookups.

In this campground, the National Park offers 13 RV sites available via reservation, and 86 RV sites and tents for first-come, first-served basis. Here are the following amenities in this campground:

Restroom with flush toilets, drinking water, picnic tables, fire grates, quick access to the Shared-Use Path. Also, this campground is closer to the General Store wit the coin-operated laundry facilities, firewood, coin-operated shower facilities, picnic area, snack bar, groceries, camping supplies, and quick access. Keep in mind that for RV campers, they should go to Loops A and Loops B. No sewers, electrical hook-ups, and water available. During summer, a dump station is available at the south end of the campground but you should pay for $5 to use it. You can find the potable water not far from the dump station.

Go to the west of Sunset Point and you will find this Sunset Campground. It is about 1. 5 miles south of the Visitor Center. Also, it offers 100 sites available in 3 loops, Loop A, Loop B, and Loos C. For RV campers, the available site is in Loop A. This is the closest site to the best hiking trail at Sunset Point.

The facility in this campground is open from May to September. Nestled on the west side of the Tropic Reservoir, this campground has a beautiful view, because the site is high on the Plateau of Colorado with the elevation of 8,000 feet. There, visitors can do some interesting activities like fishing, boating, and exploring local ATV trails.

As of the facilities, there are two group sites available in this campground. The individual sites are for first-come, first-served basis. Also, you can even choose Group RV area non-electric, Group tent only area nonelectric, and overnight.

Red Canyon Campground

You can find this Red Canyon Campground on Highway 12, along the scenic byway Utah State. Pink Claron Limestone formation surrounds the area just like the formations you can find in Bryce Canyon National Park. The campground has a nice trail system for mountain biking, hiking, and road bike riding. Also, the campground has 37 campsites with fire pits or grills, picnic tables, and tent pads. The campground is open in May on first-come, first-served basis.  Also, you only can stay there for 14 days maximum. If you want to do RV camping here, please note that the campground supports up to 45 feet of RV length, without hookups, but they have a dump station.

The location of this campground is ideal because you can find it between Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park, Southern Utah, Highway 89. The area offers motels with complete facilities, and RV sites. For RV campers, you can enjoy beautiful views because the area has 25 spacious RV sites. You can choose 18 RV spaces with 50 amp for pull-thru with water, power, and sewer.
